There are two ways to publish a video for a certain time period:
1) An availability period can be set in the Media Asset Container. After expiration, the video is not accessible to the public and only visible in AdmiralCloud.

Download links are created directly in the MediaContainer. To do this, open the desired MediaContainer and click Download link on the left-hand side navigation.
Then, select the desried download formats. As soon as format, template and availability are selected, the Save button is activated and the download link can be created. Once created, the link will appear in the Manage Active Download links list. Select the envelope icon to forward the created link directly to the recipient.

Subtitles are created directly in the MediaContainer. Open the desired video in AdmiralCloud and select Subtitles from the left-hand side navigation.
The subtitle name and language must be set in order for the subtitle to be created. Once created, click the Plus icon in the Manage Subtitles list. Now you can start to create single captions. To do this, start the video and select the Start and End times of the caption using the Start and End buttons. The time code is automatically taken over from the current play position. Click on the Plus icon to create another caption.

By default, the title and description of the media container are used for all publications and synchronized when changes are made to the media container.
If the published title and description should differ from the media container or future synchronization is not desired, the connection can be disconnected by clicking the chain icon.
